I have a sad and pitiful Twitter addiction. I have met the nicest people on Twitter and learned lots of information about homeschooling and blogging. If you following interesting people who are experts in any areas that interest you, Twitter can be more helpful than a Master’s class.
And it’s fun too! I’ve started following Twitter parties in the evening. I meet nice people and occasionally win a prize or two. I’m planning an upcoming blog post on Twitter party basics. There can be a big learning curve to getting started on Twitter.
A few weeks ago I participated in a twitter book club hosted by the SITS Girls. It was fabulous! The author answered questions about her book for an hour. Where else would you get that kind of attention at a book club?

I won a pair of cute earrings at that party from Stella and Dot courtesy of their independent stylist Katherine Sigrist.
I wouldn’t consider myself particularly stylish, but I like keeping up with style trends. I was surprised by how many gorgeous, on-trend pieces Stella and Dot offer.
I won the Rio coin-drop earrings, and that’s what I’m giving away now. I adore them, but have an irritating metal allergy. My loss is your gain in this case!

Hi! I googled these because I ordered them for Christmas from Stella Dot, after I received my order without these earrings included I was informed they had been sold out… weeks after I had paid for them. Pretty lousy! Oh the ones that got away, eh?
Before you give them away, as much as I love these, it’s only be fair you know that using a little clear nail polish on earring hooks/posts can really help with those sensitive ears (go for less-toxic). My ears are sensitive to everything and this tip helped keep up my love-affair with earrings! You would have to replace the polish every few wears but try it out. It’s likely you already know, but I had to be sure!
