Instructions
  1. Heat 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan on low until hot.
  2. Sprinkle in unflavored gelatin powder and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat.
  3. In mixing bowl, stir to combine Eagle Brand milk, lemonade powder, and remaining 1 1/4 water.
  4. Add dissolved gelatin into mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Pour filling mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill in refrigerator for three hours until set.
  6. Optional: garnish with lemon slices, whipped cream, or grated lemon zest.

For a stronger, more tart lemon flavor, substitute one packet of Crystal Lite lemon drink mix (2 quart size.)
