When I’m trying to eat healthier, I also try to drink healthier.
I’ve been drinking oceans of water lately, but sometimes I crave flavor.I try not to consume artificial sweeteners, so I was thrilled when I received a case of the new Crystal Light Pure.
Crystal Light Pure is sweetened with Truvia, evaporated cane juice and sugar.
I sampled the grape-flavored Pure Fitness. This version contains electrolytes, to aid in hydration after exercise.
One purse-ready packet of Crystal Light Pure makes two servings in a liter bottle of water. Each box of Crystal Light Pure contains seven on-the-go packets, enough for a week’s worth of workouts.
I thought the grape was very refreshing. The drink is lightly sweet and also slightly tart, which I liked. I don’t normally like fake-grape flavor (I call it “purple flavor”), but I though this was very nice.
I intend to buy this myself when my stash runs out. Even my husband likes it, so now I have to share.
Crystal Light Pure comes in five flavors: grape, strawberry kiwi, tropical blend, mixed berry and lemonade.
Pure Fitness with electrolytes is available in the grape and strawberry kiwi flavors.
Check out the Crystal Light Pure Facebook page.
As a quick reader appreciation giveaway, I have a box of Crystal Light Pure Fitness in grape for each of three readers.
I’m going to open the box and mail the packets, so it can fit into an envelope.
To enter, just tell me your current fitness goals. I’m focused on the next five pounds. There will be more after that, but these five are all I want to think about for now.
One entry per person and I’ll only ship to the U.S. and Canada. You can win if you live elsewhere, but I’m only shipping to those two places.
I’ll pick three winners on Thursday, so this will be a quick one.
NB: I was sent free samples From Crystal Light Pure via my involvement with the One2One Network. I’m not being paid for this post and all opinions, as ever, are my own.

Fitness goals:
Sign up and attend a live (as opposed to online) WW meeting with 2 of my friends this Friday, and every Friday from that point on. Forever.
Get on program and stay on program.
Lose 5 lbs (like you, just focusing on the first 5).
Start up my 5 mile walks again once I get over this never ending flu bug I'm fighting.
Hooray for cutting out the artificial sweeteners!
My goals are:
1) Ditch the sinus, ear and lung infections that have wiped out my air supply so I can exercise. January and February have been non-stop sickness at our house.
2) Lose 6 pounds by the end of the month.
3) Get back to keeping the food allergens out of my diet. So. Hard. To. Resist!
As I mentioned before I'm currently doing medifast. My goal is to lose the two pounds this week that I gained last week. How can I be eating next to nothing and gain weight?!?!?
This is Jennifer in AZ, BTW.
My fitness goal is to keep doing t-tapp 2 X per week and another 15 min video 2 other times per week…I know, lame, but it is doing it for me right now! fern
My current goal is to get over the plateau I've hit and start losing again

I'm trying to run 3x a week. I would like to lose 5 – 10 lbs in the next six months or so.
My fitness goal is to live for one more month.
I'm feeling strong.
Except for this dang cough.
~cough, cough, wheeze~
Oh.. ugh.. my goal is to lose the 3 three that I put back on recently.. and then drop the other 15.. hopefully.
My goal is to get back to swimming three times a week. I keep missing days cause of sick kids.
Fitness goal? Was doing better til I got sick this week. Gotta get well and back to my workout. I have been steadily gaining 1#/week since I stopped eating high-raw. That was good at first, because DH thought I lost too much weight on high-raw. The bad thing is I didn't stop gaining after the first 8 months when I reached my goal of 120#… and now I'm within sight of 140# 🙁 I have to make that stop climbing up and somehow figure out how to stabilize at 120-122. But that means now I have to lose nearly 20 lbs again. UGGHHHHHH
I started drinking Crystal Light last summer when we moved and DH hadn't put a filter on our sink yet. The water was so bad, and we'd been here 2 weeks before I realized how dehydrated I was becoming. I decided that artificial sweetener was less than the evil of dehydration and bought it. But I'd like to try this Truvia sweetened stuff… and ask my Costco to carry it, because it's the most convenient place for me to shop now. The next nearest "real" grocery store is just a bit too far to ride my bike to.
There's a fitness goal! To be able to ride my bike 3-4 miles easily.
My goal is to try to lose up to 5 pounds each month till Christmas by getting out for more walks with my three young children.
Good for you, Shauna. This is something I really struggle with. Losing weight is one of the hardest things.
